Delete Your Femora Account
App name: Femora - Period & Cycle Tracker
If you would like to delete your Femora account and all associated data, you can do so directly from the app or by contacting us via email.
Option 1: Delete from the App
- Open the Femora app on your device.
- Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and all data will be scheduled for permanent deletion immediately.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you are unable to access the app, send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Femora account with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:
- Account information - name, email address, and password
- OAuth connections - Google or Apple sign-in links
- Period data - all logged period start and end dates
- Daily logs - flow intensity, cramp severity, mood entries, and notes
- Cycle history - all calculated cycle statistics and predictions
- Refresh tokens - all active login sessions
Data Retention
All personal and health data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request. During this period, your account is deactivated and inaccessible.
No personal or health data is retained after this 30-day period, except where retention is required by applicable law.
