About Femora
Femora is an all-in-one reproductive health app covering periods, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause - built on the belief that understanding your cycle should be simple, private, and grounded in evidence.
What we build
The Femora app offers smart period predictions, daily symptom logging, cycle-phase insights, and in-app chat with certified health experts. Your health data is encrypted at rest, and we never sell it. Alongside the app, this site publishes free health guides, a medically reviewed questions and answers library, and 40+ calculators and tools for every stage of reproductive life.
Medical review
Dr. Sapna Jadhav
General Physician
Dr. Jadhav is a practicing general physician who medically reviews Femora's health content - articles, Q&A answers, and the guidance shown alongside our cycle, fertility, and pregnancy tools. Her review checks each piece against current clinical guidance before the "last reviewed" date you see on the page is set.
LinkedIn profileHow our health content is produced
- Sourced first. Every health claim is drawn from clinical guidelines and peer-reviewed research, and each article or answer lists its sources at the bottom of the page.
- Medically reviewed. Health pages are reviewed by Dr. Sapna Jadhav and display the date of the most recent review.
- Kept current. When guidelines change - for example new ACOG or NICE guidance - we update the affected pages and refresh the review date.
- Not a diagnosis. Our content and tools are educational. They never replace a consultation with your own clinician, and we say so on every health page.
